Yesterday was my weekly weigh-in day, and I did weigh but got busy with the usual Christmas stuff and never posted. But hopefully you enjoyed the low carb bagel recipe (so good!) Anyway, short post today. I weighed in at 218 pounds... a 2 pound loss for the week. It's a milestone in two ways: first, it's 40 pounds lost since late August when I started phentermine. And second, it's 60 pounds gone again from my blog starting weight of 278 pounds. I already have two sets of "60 Pounds Gone" photos from 2008 and 2010 (I also hit this weight in 2013, but I don't think I bothered with pictures). So I'm going to wait and do progress photos when I hit 70 gone.
In case you missed it, I posted everything I ate or drank for one week on my Instagram (lynescapes)... everything before the weight graph photo is a solid week of my food intake. And I've been sharing my main meals there since then as well. Check it out if you're curious! Now I need to go wrap some presents!
